Every tap tells you something:
the Wood·Touch dashboard explained

The card and the totem work fine without it. But if you want to know what's happening, the dashboard tells you.

An optional part of the product

The Wood·Touch card and totem work on their own: a chip in the wood, contacts or a menu that opens with a tap, no account needed. The dashboard is an extra piece, on subscription, for anyone who also wants to know what happens at every single tap.

What every visit records

When someone holds their phone near a configured card or totem, the dashboard records the language detected on the visitor's phone, whether they were on a mobile, tablet or computer, which country they connected from, and how many seconds they stayed on the page. It also records which blocks they actually tapped — the menu, the contact form, the social links.

No personal data about the visitor before they leave it themselves, through a form. The visit count is anonymous by default.

The return rate

One of the most useful questions for anyone with a fixed totem: how many people come back a second time? The dashboard calculates it on its own, but only once there are enough distinct visitors in the chosen period — below a certain threshold a single number would say more noise than information, so the dashboard flags that instead of showing a misleading percentage.

Contacts collected

Every form filled in — newsletter, data collection, contact request — lands in a sortable table, ready for export or follow-up. No paper sheets to copy by hand.

The three plans

The Free plan covers the basic devices. The PRO plan (€29/month) unlocks per-visit statistics and collected leads. The Business plan (€79/month) adds managing several people on the same account. You can switch plans at any time, from the dashboard itself.
