A block like the others
Among the blocks you can switch on for a Wood·Touch totem or card — menu, contacts, forms — one doesn't show fixed text, it answers. This is the AI assistant: when a visitor asks a question, it looks for the answer in what you've taught it and writes it there, in real time.
What it can know
Opening hours, menu items, a dish's ingredients, a product's features, your customers' most common questions. You write the information once from the dashboard — as text, a photo, or your website address — and the assistant uses it to answer from there.
If something's missing, you can add it at any time: a new opening hour, a dish taken off the menu, a promotion. No need to redo the whole setup.
In the language of whoever asks
The detail that really matters: the assistant answers in the language the visitor chose on the totem — one of ten available on the public page — not the one you wrote the menu in. A foreign customer asking "is this dish gluten-free?" gets the answer in English, even if everything else was written in Italian.
A practical example
A restaurant with an Italian menu gets a visit from a German customer. They hold their phone to the totem, open the chat, and ask if there's a gluten-free dish. The assistant reads the menu you uploaded and answers in German, without you having to translate anything or be there to explain it.
