The system · Wood·Touch

One gesture.
One whole system.

The card, the totem, the dashboard and the AI assistant aren't three separate products: they're one system. Here's how they fit together, from the visitor's tap to the data you read in real time.

How it works

Four steps. One thread.

From the visitor's tap to the data you read in the dashboard. The card and the totem follow the same path — here's what happens, start to finish.

01 — You hold the wood near it

One tap, no app

A Wood·Touch card or totem, one tap of the phone. The NFC chip does it all in under three seconds — works on iPhone 7 and later, and on almost every Android from 2015 on.

02 — The page opens

The visitor sees your blocks

A contact form, a menu, a profile with your social links — it depends on which blocks you've switched on in Configure. Every totem and every card can show a different combination.

03 — You get the data

It all lands in your dashboard

Every form filled in ends up in a table ready for export. And every visit — even without a form — records the language, device and how long they stayed.

04 — You update it live

You change everything, nothing to reprint

Text, logo, colours: the changes go live immediately. And if you've switched on the assistant, it answers visitors in their own language — not yours.

Why one system

Not three products. One single mechanism.

The card travels with you to appointments. The totem stays in one place and keeps working when you're not there. The dashboard is where you read what happened, for both.

They're not three separate purchases: they're three parts of the same mechanism. You can use just one, or all of them together — the system works either way, and grows with you when you add another.

The three pieces

One system. Three ways to use it.

The card, the totem and the dashboard are built to work together — but you can start with just one.

Behind the scenes

What really happens

The assistant

Answers in the customer's language

If you switch on the assistant on the totem, it doesn't speak your language: it speaks the one the visitor chose.

A tourist who selects English on the page's own selector gets answers in English, even if the menu or catalogue was written in Italian — the assistant translates its own reply, not your content.

Frequently asked questions

The questions we get asked the most

Do I need to download an app?

No. The NFC chip works natively on iPhone 7 and later, and on almost every Android from 2015 on — no app, either for the person touching the wood or for you configuring it.

Can I use just the card, without the totem?

Yes. The card, the totem and the dashboard work together, but none depends on the other two: you can start with just one product and add the others whenever you like.

What happens if I change my contact details or the menu?

You update the content from the dashboard and the change goes live immediately — no reprinting, no rewriting the chip.

What language does the AI assistant answer in?

The one chosen by the visitor on the public page, not yours — even if the menu or catalogue was written in Italian.

How much does the system cost?

The card costs €45, the totem from €59 — both one-off, with a lifetime warranty. The dashboard has a free plan and paid plans for advanced features — details are in the dashboard guide.
