Wood-Touch sells solid wood business cards with an integrated NFC chip, personalised on customer request with name, role and company logo via laser engraving.
Every card is a handmade artisan product: minor variations in the appearance of the wood (grain, shading) may exist and do not constitute a defect, but rather an inherent characteristic of the natural material.
Orders are placed by contacting the seller via WhatsApp or email. The contract is considered concluded when the seller confirms the order in writing and payment is received.
Before order confirmation, the customer may request changes to the personalisation at no additional cost. After confirmation, changes may not be possible if production has already started.
The price of each Wood-Touch card is €45.00, shipping included within Italy. Prices are shown excluding VAT (private seller).

Payment must be made before production starts, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from payment confirmation, barring unexpected issues in the artisan process. The seller will promptly communicate any delays.
Shipping is included in the price for destinations within Italy. For international shipping, contact the seller for a quote.
The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or by force majeure.

To activate the warranty, contact the seller by email at ordini@woodtouch.it describing the issue. The seller reserves the right to assess the case and, if it falls within the warranty, will produce and ship a new card at no additional cost.
Under Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any justification.
How to exercise withdrawal: send a written notice within 14 days of receiving the product to ordini@woodtouch.it, indicating name, order date and intention to withdraw.
Personalised products — exception to withdrawal: under art. 59, letter c) of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to measure or clearly personalised. Since every Wood-Touch card is personalised with the customer's name, role and logo via permanent laser engraving, the right of withdrawal may not apply to products already produced.
In case of doubt, the seller will assess the situation case by case, prioritising customer satisfaction.
Return: if withdrawal is applicable, the customer must return the product within 14 days, in original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return.
If the product received has manufacturing defects, the customer must report it within 14 days of receipt to ordini@woodtouch.it with photos of the defect. The seller will arrange a free replacement or refund, at the customer's choice.
The seller is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the product. The seller's maximum liability is limited to the price paid for the product.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Court of Udine, Italy, except where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
