2. What data we collect

We collect personal data that you voluntarily provide when:

• you contact us by email or WhatsApp to request information or place an order (first name, last name, email, phone number, shipping address);
• you leave your email to be notified when the app is available (email address only);
• you browse the woodtouch.it website (browsing data collected through Google Analytics, see section 4).

3. Purposes and legal basis of processing

Your data is processed for the following purposes:

• Order management and contractual relationships (legal basis: performance of a contract, art. 6.1.b GDPR);
• Response to information requests (legal basis: legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f GDPR);
• Sending a single notification email for app availability (legal basis: consent, art. 6.1.a GDPR);
• Anonymous statistical analysis of website traffic via Google Analytics (legal basis: consent, art. 6.1.a GDPR).

4. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. Google Analytics collects anonymous information about site usage (pages visited, session duration, approximate geographic origin) through cookies.

We have enabled IP anonymisation. Data collected is aggregated and does not allow identification of individual users.

5. Data retention

Data related to orders is retained for 10 years, as required by Italian tax law. Contact data provided for simple inquiries is deleted within 12 months of the last contact. App notification emails are deleted after the notification is sent.

6. Disclosure to third parties

Your data is not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. It may only be disclosed to:

• couriers and shipping companies for order delivery (first name, last name, address);
• Google LLC for traffic analysis (anonymous data via Google Analytics);
• payment intermediaries (PayPal, Satispay) for transaction handling.

7. Data transfer outside the EU

Google Analytics may transfer data to the United States. Google LLC adheres to the safeguards required by GDPR for international transfers (Standard Contractual Clauses).

8. Your rights

Under GDPR (articles 15-22) you have the right to:

• access your personal data;
• correct or update it;
• request its deletion ("right to be forgotten");
• restrict its processing;
• object to processing;
• withdraw consent at any time;
• lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
